eScholarship@Morgan is an institutional repository for scholarship created by the faculty, students, and staff of Morgan State University.

Copyright requirements

You MUST hold copyright for any work you contribute to eScholarship@Morgan. The librarians at the Earl S. Richardson Library will:

  • check all submissions for copyright
  • help locate copyright holders & request permission to use copyrighted materials when necessary
  • consult you on copyright issues, author’s rights, Creative Commons licensing options, & publisher self-archiving policies
